Suggest a correction

Use this form for an academy, a meetup, a club or a recurring tournament in Seoul or the nearby cities that is not listed yet, or for a card that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, coaches, organisers and café staff are all welcome to write, in English or in Korean.

The most helpful thing to add is a link: a Naver blog post, a Meetup or Somoim page, a notice on chess-results.com, an academy notice. Notes are read together at the next revision and compared with that page, and every change that follows is dated under what we changed.

What is the note about?
New place: what kind of chess, which day and where. Mistake: the line on the card that is wrong.
Link to a page, post or notice that shows it.
Only so that the note has a sender; it is never shown on the site.
A phone number or a KakaoTalk or other messenger ID, if you prefer not to give an email.

Leave at least one way to reach you. It stays private and is used only if a question comes up.

After you send it

  • Your note waits with the others until the next revision of the Seoul directory.
  • It is then compared with the place's or organiser's own pages; where they confirm it, the card changes and the date is added to the list of changes.
  • Where no page backs it up, the card stays as it was, including any unconfirmed wording.
  • Nobody writes back unless your note asks for a reply and leaves a contact.
