A Yonsei University student sports magazine article of 11 March 2026 interviews the club's president and a member. It says the club, founded by students of Yonsei's Underwood International College, meets once a week, on Wednesday from 19:00 to 21:00, at the Songdo campus, welcomes any Yonsei student, and plays friendly tournaments with Seoul Chess Club and the university chess alliance King's Gambit.
